향미 프로필
테이스팅 노트
노즈에서는 광물성 미네랄 뒤로 구두약과 커피, 감초와 스타아니스 향이 촘촘하게 드러난다. 퍼킨 캐스크에서 14년을 채운 이 하이랜드 파크는 55.7도에서 마른 향신료와 진한 홍차 뉘앙스가 단단하게 발전한다. 팰럿에서는 블랙커피와 감초가 힘 있게 앞서고 계피와 그을린 건포도가 뒤따른다. 피니시는 타르 같은 쌉쌀함과 다크초콜릿, 목질 향신료가 길게 이어져 구조가 견고하다.

Some notes of boot polish, animal furs, marrow, coffee and more of these spiced dark fruits. Feels ever so slightly fresher and less on overtly active wood than the HPAS bottling.
