테이스팅 노트
옅은 금빛이 잔 속에 맑게 빛난다. 오크니 섬에서 자란 하이랜드 파크는 아메리칸 오크에서 14년을 보내며 은은한 히스 연기와 꿀, 잘 익은 과일의 향을 균형 있게 풀어낸다. 입안에서는 헤더 꿀과 시트러스, 가벼운 향신료가 매끄럽게 번지며 55.4도의 도수가 단단하게 받친다. 섬 특유의 옅은 훈연과 단맛이 길게 이어진다.

It escapes the trappings of being overly woody - so far, anyway - by being rather scented and aromatic with all these resinous and polish notes. Incorporates more notes of furniture and boot polish, more wood resins and some kind of sticky spiced jam. With water: opens up a little more here, some strawberry wine, Belgian fruit beers, aniseed, herbal cough medicines and a more general feeling of 'Highland Parkness'
