옅은 금빛이 잔 안에서 은은하게 빛난다. 오크니 섬 하이랜드 파크 12년은 40도의 부드러움 위로 자파 케이크와 온갖 꽃의 꿀, 마멀레이드에 은근한 훈연과 오트밀의 향을 겹쳐 올린다. 한 모금에는 농장 같은 풀내와 오트케이크, 얼그레이와 초록빛 감초가 또렷하게 번진다. 마른 풀과 달큰한 빵, 생강이 감도는 여운이 중간 길이로 담담하게 이어진다.
