향미 프로필
테이스팅 노트
오크니 섬의 거센 바람과 헤더 피트가 하일랜드 파크 위스키에 섬의 풍토를 새긴다. 직접 몰팅한 보리로 빚은 12년산은 잔에서 옅은 금빛을 낸다. 꿀술 같은 단내에 파출리와 옅은 향, 마멀레이드와 신선한 홍합 같은 바다 내음이 어우러진다. 40도의 도수로 입안에서는 박하와 감초, 호두와 잘 익은 과일의 풍미가 부드럽게 흐른다. 마무리는 꿀술과 옅은 카라멜, 호두 리큐어의 단맛이 깊게 머문다.
