테이스팅 노트
노즈에서는 약품 같은 피트와 요오드, 레몬의 향이 강하게 두드러진다. 라프로익을 호그스헤드에서 15년 숙성한 빅 피시는 이 증류소 특유의 소독약 같은 피트가 또렷하다. 53.8도의 입안에서는 훈제 소금과 타르, 마른 시트러스가 단단한 구조감으로 번진다. 피니시는 길고 강렬하며 이탄의 그을음이 깊게 머문다. 아일라 남부의 거친 개성이 균형 있게 드러난다.
