옅은 호박빛이 잔에 단정하게 비친다. 라프로익의 1987년 빈티지가 22년의 숙성을 마치고 실버 실의 세스탄테 컬렉션으로 46도에 담긴 흔치 않은 한 병이다. 향에서는 사그라든 피트의 연기와 짭조름한 바다, 옅은 시트러스가 또렷이 깃들어 있다. 입에서는 묽은 훈연과 레몬 카드, 미네랄이 미끄러지듯 흐른다. 아일라 남부의 짠 내가 여운에 묵은 재로 길게 머문다.
