노즈에서는 아일라 라프로익이 지닌 강렬한 약품 향과 짭조름한 피트 연기가 가장 먼저 두드러진다. 15년 숙성과 60.8도의 높은 도수가 요오드와 타르를 명확하게 밀어 올린다. 팰럿은 훈제와 검은 후추, 옅은 바닐라 단맛이 또렷하게 발전하며 구조가 단단하다. 피니시는 재와 소금기, 마른 오크와 잔잔한 약품 향으로 길게 이어지며 강건한 구조감을 남긴다.
