테이스팅 노트
잔을 코앞으로 당기면 라프로익다운 소독약 같은 피트와 요오드, 그을린 나무의 향이 강하게 솟는다. 한 모금 머금으면 25년 숙성이 둥글린 단맛 위로 짭조름한 재와 훈제향, 옅은 바닐라가 겹친다. 버번 호그스헤드가 빚은 곡물 단맛을 천천히 삼키면 약품 같은 연기와 소금기가 입천장을 덮고, 숨을 내쉴 때마다 깊은 훈연이 되살아난다.
