버번 캐스크에서 21년을 보낸 시간이 라프로익의 약품 같은 이탄을 한결 둥글고 깊게 다듬었다. 코에는 요오드와 그을린 해초, 옅은 바닐라가 묵직하게 얽힌다. 입에서는 꿀과 시트러스의 단맛 사이로 소독약 같은 연기와 짠맛이 48.8도의 힘을 타고 또렷하게 번진다. 옅은 황금빛의 이 보틀링은 식은 잿불과 소금기, 가벼운 바닐라의 여운을 길고 강인하게 남긴다.
