테이스팅 노트
리필 호그스헤드에서 21년을 보낸 이 라프로익은 오크의 간섭을 줄여 증류소 특유의 강렬한 피트를 고스란히 드러낸다. 코에는 소독약 같은 요오드와 타르, 짭짤한 해초 냄새가 거칠게 솟아오른다. 입에서는 그을린 장작과 훈제 베이컨, 레몬의 산미가 묵직하게 입을 채우며 53.2도의 힘이 강한 윤곽을 그린다. 옅은 황금빛을 지나 여운은 재와 소금기, 약을 닮은 쌉쌀함으로 오래도록 깊게 머문다.
