ah yes, this works greatly. Starts with some sweet round vanilla and touches of pink grapefruits (more than touches, actually, there’s plenty) and goes on with a great balance between lemon, smoke and brine. With water: more of all that, it all becomes nicely tart and very nervous. Passion fruits
