테이스팅 노트
깊은 호박빛이 잔 속에 진하게 어린다. 아일라의 라프로익이 올로로소 셰리와 아메리칸 오크에서 25년을 보낸 이 캐스크 스트렝스는 짙은 토탄 연기와 말린 과일, 요오드를 닮은 약품 향을 코끝에 풀어놓는다. 입에 머금으면 흑설탕과 건포도의 단맛 위로 재와 타르를 닮은 훈연이 묵직하게 입을 채운다. 51.9도의 기운이 단단한 구조를 받치고, 여운에는 그을린 오크와 짭조름한 소금기, 가죽의 쌉싸름함이 깊게 머문다.
