테이스팅 노트
깊은 호박빛이 잔 속에 진하게 어린다. 아일라의 보모어가 리필 올로로소 셰리 버트에서 20년을 보낸 이 1997년산은 옅은 토탄 연기와 말린 과일, 보모어 특유의 열대 과일 향을 코끝에 풀어놓는다. 입에 머금으면 건포도와 흑설탕의 단맛 위로 은은한 훈연이 묵직하게 입을 채우고, 55.9도의 기운이 풍미를 또렷하게 끌어올린다. 셰리와 피트가 맞물린 풍미가 깃들어 있으며, 여운에는 다크 초콜릿과 그을린 오크, 짭조름한 소금기가 길게 이어진다.
