테이스팅 노트
짙은 마호가니빛이 잔 속에 깊이 잠겨 있다. 1970년 빈티지의 보모어 40년이 퍼스트필 올로로소 셰리 버트에서 보낸 사십 년의 흔적을 그대로 드러낸다. 코에는 말린 무화과와 다크초콜릿, 오래된 가죽이 또렷이 깃들어 있다. 입에서는 셰리의 단맛이 검은 자두와 호두 위로 흐르며 아일라의 옅은 연기가 그 사이를 비집고 올라온다. 43도의 부드러움 끝에 짠 미네랄과 송진 향이 길게 머문다.

aaargh, this is flabbergasting. It’s a little less complex than the 21 yo OB, but it’s got this je-ne-sais-quoi (how do you like my French?) that makes it totally perfect.
