아일라의 심장 보모어는 만을 마주한 가장 오래된 증류소로, 바닷바람과 피트가 풍토에 깊이 배어 있다. 1968년이라는 전설적인 빈티지를 오크 캐스크에서 31년 보낸 이 위스키는 짙은 호박빛을 띤다. 코에는 열대 과일과 장미, 옅은 훈연과 바다 내음이 우아하게 어우러진다. 43도의 입안은 무르익은 망고와 꿀, 부드러운 피트가 비단처럼 흐른다. 옛 보모어 특유의 화사한 열대 과일과 바다향이 깊고 단정하며, 여운에는 옅은 재와 꿀이 길게 이어진다.

Just a little, you know we need to nit-pick from time to time. No picnic though (oh that was so baaad!) Tangerines, mangos, maracuja, gunpowder (tea!)
