잔을 코끝으로 가져가면 1964년 빈티지 보모어의 은은한 피트 연기 위로 잘 익은 망고와 패션프루트 향이 겹쳐 올라온다. 잔을 흔들면 깊은 황금빛이 천천히 일렁인다. 한 모금 머금으면 22년 묵은 아일라 몰트의 기름진 훈연이 혀를 감싸고 트로피컬 과실과 옅은 소금기가 번진다. 삼키고 나면 향긋한 과실과 연기가 어우러진 여운이 입안에 오래 맴돈다.
