아일라 중심 로크인달 만에 면한 보모어는 바다와 가장 가까운 숙성고에서 짭짤한 훈연을 빚는다. 1995년 증류해 30년을 리필 호그스헤드에서 보낸 이 위스키는 옅은 호박빛을 띠며, 코에는 바다 소금과 말린 망고, 은은한 장작 연기가 우아하게 어우러진다. 45.5도의 입안에는 열대 과일과 꿀, 옅은 재가 부드럽게 번지며 오랜 숙성이 다듬은 균형이 또렷하다. 여운은 짭조름한 훈연과 과실이 길고 고요하게 이어진다.
