로크 인달을 마주한 보모어는 아일라에서 가장 오래된 증류소로, 바닷물에 잠긴 듯한 해변 숙성고로 유명하다. 셰리 캐스크가 이 1984년 빈티지 잔에 짙은 호박빛을 입혔다. 코에는 잔잔한 피트 연기와 말린 과일, 짭조름한 바다 내음이 어우러진다. 25년을 보낸 입안은 건포도와 다크초콜릿, 옅은 훈연이 묵직하게 번진다. 60도의 힘이 마무리를 끌며 스모키한 단맛과 소금기가 길게 이어진다.
