1969년에 채워진 버번 캐스크 한 통이 33년이라는 시간 동안 보모어 특유의 트로피컬 캐릭터를 빼곡히 익혀냈다. 잘 익은 망고와 패션프루트, 옅은 모닥불 연기가 잔잔히 떠오른다. 41.6도까지 떨어진 알코올은 입에서 부드러운 들꿀, 짠 캐러멜, 마른 헤더로 흐른다. 짙은 황금빛이 잔을 채우고 여운은 트로피컬 과일과 미세한 피트로 길게 이어진다.
