잔을 기울여 살피면 리필 셰리 캐스크가 남긴 옅은 호박빛이 가볍게 일렁인다. 코를 가까이 하면 아일라 보모어다운 바닷내음과 옅은 훈연이 말린 과일 향과 얽혀 올라온다. 한 모금 머금으면 20년 숙성이 다듬은 자두잼과 짭조름한 미네랄이 55.8도의 힘을 타고 혀를 누른다. 삼킨 뒤에는 이탄 연기와 다크베리의 잔향이 천천히 식어간다.
