the sherry is discreet and the whole is just as discreet but extremely elegant. perfect, very perfect. Peated grapefruits and something funnily prickly and fizzy, lemon squash, Schweppes, citrons… Ultra-zesty, it’s almost hyper-cool climate Riesling. With water: pretty magnificent. Champagne
