테이스팅 노트
짙은 호박빛에 붉은 기운이 어려 잔 속에 잠겨 있다. 셰리 캐스크에서 15년을 보낸 1991년 보모어는 아일라 특유의 잔잔한 연기 위로 말린 자두와 다크 베리, 옅은 갯내음을 얹는다. 57.6도의 진한 술이 입을 묵직하게 채우며 흑설탕과 훈연, 시트러스 껍질의 쌉싸름함이 어우러진다. 바다 안개와 잿빛 피트가 단맛 아래 깊게 머물고, 짭조름한 연기의 여운이 오래 남는다.
