짙은 호박빛이 잔 속에서 붉게 일렁인다. 아일라의 바우모어가 1997년 빚어 셰리 캐스크에서 스무 해를 보낸 술로, 은은한 피트 연기와 말린 자두, 제비꽃의 향이 겹겹이 피어오른다. 입에 닿으면 다크초콜릿과 건포도의 단맛 위로 짭조름한 훈연이 흐르고, 54.4도가 또렷한 무게를 더한다. 바다 내음과 달큰한 과일의 여운이 깊게 머문다.
