보모어 1996은 퍼스트필 셰리 버트에서 25년을 보냈지만, 노즈에서는 뜻밖에 바닐라와 코코넛, 파인애플의 열대 과실이 두드러진다. 피트는 물러서 있고 물을 더하면 젖은 삼베와 백묵의 광물성 뉘앙스가 드러난다. 팰럿은 짭짤한 기운과 메스칼을 닮은 훈연에 구아바와 자몽이 또렷하게 발전하고, 51.8도의 도수가 균형을 팽팽하게 잡는다. 오랜 셰리 숙성과 아일라의 피트가 맞물리며, 피니시는 중간 길이로 바닐라와 둥근 소금기가 남는다.
