향미 프로필
테이스팅 노트
옅은 화이트 와인빛이 잔 속에 맑게 담겨 있다. 아일라 보모어가 1996년 원액을 퍼스트필 셰리에 담아 스물세 해 재운 이 위스키는 뜻밖에 좁고 또렷한 향을 피운다. 양모와 라임즙, 루바브 위로 분필과 숯의 재가 스친다. 56.4도의 도수 위로 입안에는 짭조름한 소금기와 패션프루트, 재 같은 아가베가 메즈칼처럼 번진다. 여운은 길고 푸른 기운에 굵은 후추가 얹혀 오래 남는다.
