테이스팅 노트
노즈에서는 퍼스트필 셰리에서 온 건포도와 다크초콜릿, 보우모어 특유의 부드러운 피트 연기가 또렷하게 드러난다. 1995년 증류해 24년을 보낸 보우모어는 셰리와 훈연이 단단하게 어우러진 깊이를 보여준다. 팰럿은 53.3도로 말린 과일의 단맛과 바다내음, 가벼운 스모크가 두꺼운 질감으로 입을 채운다. 피니시는 셰리의 단맛과 은근한 훈연이 길게 이어지며 장기 숙성 아일라 몰트의 품격을 분명히 남긴다.

sweeter, powerful and a tad unusual. Some bitterness fights a creamy/jammy sweetness (marmalade) while some heavy spices are roaring in the background, including mustardy notes just like in the 1999. Some heavy liquorice as well, a lot of cardamom, pepper… In fact, it’s got something of some blackcurrant-flavoured mustard like they make in Burgundy, the whole being quite heavy.
