노즈에서는 보모어 특유의 다시마와 바닷물, 재와 삼베 뉘앙스가 명확하게 드러나고 풀내와 레몬이 뒤를 잇는다. 만사니야 셰리는 전면에 나서기보다 배경에서 짭조름함을 더한다. 52.5도의 팰럿은 레몬과 소금물, 굴을 연상시키는 미네랄에 후추와 옅은 겨자가 맞물려 발전하되 풀내가 다소 지배적이다. 피니시는 길고 초록빛 타닌 아래 의외의 단맛이 감돈다. 만사니야에서 18년을 보낸 보모어 빈트너스 트릴로지다.
