향미 프로필
테이스팅 노트
맑은 황금빛이 잔 속에 윤기 있게 머문다. 사실상 발베니에서 비롯된 이 발비는 리필 호그스헤드에서 서른다섯 해를 보내며 잘 익은 배와 꿀, 바닐라의 향을 우아하게 피운다. 52도의 술은 입안에서 꿀과 잘 익은 과일, 은은한 오크 향신료를 매끄럽게 풀어내며 오랜 숙성이 준 둥글고 깊은 균형을 드러낸다. 여운에는 꿀과 마른 과일, 부드러운 오크가 길고 그윽하게 이어지며 노숙한 스페이사이드의 품격을 전한다.

feels a bit modern, I have to say. Ginger, beer, cardamom, nutmeg, cinnamon mints, more pencil shavings, spicy bread, white pepper… It’s very unusual, and it hasn’t got anything from Balvenie’s usual apricoty creaminess. A whole different style and frankly, a feeling of ‘oaked youth’. With water: ah, finally, some fruits! More unripe greengages, unripe kiwis…
