향미 프로필
테이스팅 노트
스페이사이드의 완만한 구릉과 온화한 기후가 발베니 특유의 맑은 과실미를 길러낸다. 화이트 와인처럼 옅은 빛 아래 레몬과 갓 자른 풀, 백악 같은 미네랄과 신선한 오크가 또렷하게 올라온다. 퍼스트필 버번 배럴에서 12년을 보낸 이 위스키는 입에서 레몬 셔벗과 새파란 사과, 라임의 산뜻한 산미로 이어지며 47.8도의 힘이 팽팽하게 받친다. 여운은 길고 달콤해져 젤리빈과 풀향이 남지만 끝에 신 과일의 자취가 스친다.

fresh and citric at first, chalky and lemony, with touches of fresh oak (not totally dry) and just cut grass. A little iron too. It's very tight, with growing notes of paraffin and fresh cement, then green apples and a wee menthol/camphor combination. Refreshing altogether
restaurant 맛 (팔레트)
really very good. Lemon sherbet, tight grasses, the greenest green apples and the greenest limes, then perhaps mirabelles and damsons, but it'll never get as mellow and rounded as some other casks that I had tried earlier
timer 피니시
long and sweeter, more on jellybeans, then just a lot of grass. Perhaps a little too much sourness in the aftertaste, sour fruits…
