향미 프로필
테이스팅 노트
잔을 가볍게 흔들면 화이트 와인빛이 잔 벽을 얇게 타고 흐른다. 코를 가져가면 레몬과 백묵 같은 상큼함에 이어 갓 자른 풀과 설익은 청사과, 옅은 멘톨이 올라온다. 47.8도 퍼스트필 버번 배럴을 머금으면 레몬 셔벗과 새파란 라임이 혀를 팽팽히 조인다. 삼키면 젤리빈 단맛이 잠깐 번지다 풀향과 신 과일의 산미로 마무리된다. 발베니 12년 싱글 배럴의 젊고 날카로운 성격이 그대로다.

fresh and citric at first, chalky and lemony, with touches of fresh oak (not totally dry) and just cut grass. A little iron too. It's very tight, with growing notes of paraffin and fresh cement, then green apples and a wee menthol/camphor combination. Refreshing altogether
restaurant 맛 (팔레트)
really very good. Lemon sherbet, tight grasses, the greenest green apples and the greenest limes, then perhaps mirabelles and damsons, but it'll never get as mellow and rounded as some other casks that I had tried earlier
timer 피니시
long and sweeter, more on jellybeans, then just a lot of grass. Perhaps a little too much sourness in the aftertaste, sour fruits…
