테이스팅 노트
노즈에서는 부나하벤 특유의 짭조름한 바다 내음과 견과 향이 먼저 두드러지고, 31년 숙성한 호그스헤드에서 온 잘 익은 과실과 밀랍, 옅은 가죽이 또렷하게 따라온다. 무피트 아일라 증류소다운 부드럽고 미네랄한 골격이 인상적이다. 입에서는 41.5도의 차분한 도수에도 견과와 마른 과실, 짠 내가 또렷한 층을 이루며 구조감이 단정하다. 피니시는 마른 오크와 소금기가 길게 이어지는, 오래 숙성된 아일라의 우아함을 명확하게 보여준다.
