노즈에서는 말린 과일과 호두, 짭조름한 해풍의 향이 두드러진다. 비피트 스타일로 알려진 부나하벤을 42년이나 묵힌 1968년 스페셜 보틀링은 반세기 가까운 숙성이 빚은 깊은 결을 또렷이 보여준다. 45.2도의 입안에서는 건포도와 캐러멜, 옅은 소금기가 부드럽게 번진다. 피니시는 길고 담백하며 오크가 잔잔히 잠겨 있다. 극노숙 아일라의 원숙함이 균형 있게 드러난다.

It’s maybe also a tad more complex, with very nice notes of botrytis, old Sauternes, a little leather, plum pie… And honey indeed but It’s say it’s rather lightly honeyed this time. Also a little coffee and toasted bread
