올로로소 셰리 버트가 1975년 부나하번을 48년이라는 긴 시간 길들인 결과가 잔 안에 짙게 자리한다. 향에서는 잘 익은 건포도와 호두, 묵은 가죽이 또렷이 깃들어 있고 캐스크의 흔적인 발사믹 같은 산미가 뒤따른다. 입에서는 무화과 잼과 정향, 다크 초콜릿이 입을 묵직하게 채운다. 50.2도의 균형이 단단하고 아일라 북부 특유의 짭조름한 미네랄이 깊게 머문다. 짙은 마호가니색이 잔에 깊게 비친다.
