잔을 천천히 흔들면 30년 셰리 캐스크가 빚은 깊은 호박빛이 잔 벽에 곱게 매달린다. 코끝으로 가져가면 부나하벤다운 짭조름한 바다 내음 위로 건포도와 호두, 오렌지 껍질이 솟는다. 한 모금을 머금으면 48.7도의 둥근 질감에 흑설탕과 무화과, 잘 익은 견과가 매끄럽게 번진다. 삼킨 뒤에는 소금기 어린 미네랄과 말린 과일이 혀에 길게 이어진다.

Aside from that, the vanilla pod custard, acacia flower fritters, notes of fresh panettone, earl grey, and Middle-Eastern pastries (stay strong!) are sublime.
