잔을 천천히 돌리면 올로로소 셰리 캐스크의 흔적이 진한 호박빛으로 잔 벽을 길게 따라 흐른다. 코끝에 가져가면 부나하벤 특유의 부드러운 짠내 위로 32년 셰리가 빚어낸 건포도와 다크 초콜릿이 인사한다. 한 모금을 머금으면 43.7도의 부드러운 알코올이 빽빽한 단맛을 입에 풀어놓는다. 삼킨 뒤에는 가죽과 호두, 옅은 짠맛이 길게 따라온다.
