테이스팅 노트
리필 호그스헤드에서 31년을 보낸 긴 시간이 이 부나하벤을 둥글고 깊게 다듬어 놓았다. 코끝에는 짭짤한 바닷바람과 말린 과일, 견과가 선명하게 드러난다. 입에서는 보리 단맛과 토피에 옅은 미네랄이 부드럽게 흐르고 세월이 깎은 오크의 절제가 받친다. 45.5도의 단정한 도수 위로 소금기와 마른 과일의 여운이 길게 드리운다.

oh lovely, the fruitiest of the lot at this stage, with a beautiful combination of honey, maple syrup, milk chocolate and dried goji, plus the faintest touch of wood varnish in the background. The whole thing just clicks perfectly

we’re edging towards the Signatory style, but with added sweetness, raisins, assorted fruit liqueurs, orange and cherry liqueur, then back to maple syrup and honey as on the nose. It all comes together quite effortlessly, which of course is a virtue in itself

fairly long, drier, slightly saline, chocolatey, with black tea, but the orange and raisins (and goji) set things back on track. Spot on
