테이스팅 노트
보리빛이 감도는 옅은 황금색이 잔 벽을 타고 느리게 흘러내린다. 1989년 증류해 호그스헤드에서 27년을 보낸 부나하벤답게 절제된 바다 내음이 먼저 번지고, 헤이즐넛과 마른 꽃잎의 향이 뒤를 잇는다. 41.9도의 낮은 도수 덕에 입에서는 꿀에 절인 살구와 짭조름한 미네랄이 부드럽게 미끄러진다. 아일라 몰트치고는 연기를 거의 드러내지 않아 해풍의 결이 또렷하다. 오랜 숙성이 남긴 단맛과 소금기가 끝에서 천천히 사그라든다.

Apples, peaches… Totally love these slightly acidic, almost vinegary touches. Lemon and infused tobacco. Some coastal air coming through (early morning on Bowmore’s pier, etc. etc. etc.)

firmer, but wonderful. Many herbs, dill, fresh parsley, mint, verbena… I find this supremely elegant, complex, and well-chiselled. And tangerines, gotta love tangerines in malt whisky. And pickled samphires
