노즈에서는 40년이라는 장기 숙성에서 온 잘 익은 과일과 옅은 소금기, 견과류 향이 먼저 두드러진다. 부나하벤은 비피트 스타일답게 1980 빈티지를 리필 셰리 버트에서 40년 묵혀 45.2도에서도 섬세하고 둥근 향을 보여준다. 팰럿은 무화과와 꿀, 구운 호두로 발전하며 반세기에 가까운 숙성이 빚은 매끄러운 질감이 중심을 잡는다. 피니시는 마른 과일과 옅은 미네랄이 길게 이어진다. 40년 숙성의 구조감이 인상적인 희귀한 보틀링이다.
