마호가니에 가까운 짙은 호박빛이 잔 안쪽에 깊게 깃들어 있다. 옥타브 캐스크의 응축이 또렷이 느껴지는 부나하벤 1989, 24년이라는 시간이 셰리의 풍요를 단단히 다듬은 모습으로, 코끝에 닿는 첫 향은 건자두와 다크 초콜릿, 호두 껍질이 함께 떠오른다. 한 모금 머금으면 무화과 잼과 가죽, 정향이 입천장을 천천히 덮고, 50.6도의 알코올이 단맛을 받쳐 든다. 잔향은 마른 견과와 옅은 송진으로 길게 머문다.
