향미 프로필
테이스팅 노트
잔을 가까이 하면 부나하벤 특유의 비피트 캐릭터답게 견과류와 짭조름한 해풍 노트가 명확하게 드러난다. 1967년 증류해 38년을 보낸 만큼 향은 강렬함보다 원숙한 깊이로 발전한다. 팰럿은 호두와 말린 살구, 가벼운 가죽이 차례로 전개되며 40.8도의 낮은 도수가 한층 부드러운 질감을 만든다. 피니시는 은은한 오크 탄닌과 소금기가 길게 남는다. 오랜 숙성이 빚어낸 절제된 구조감이 인상적이다.

it’s the oak that talks first here, somewhat in the style of some old grains, with quite some coconut (and the liqueurs made thereof), vanilla and these faintly sour notes that can be very enjoyable – they certainly are here.
