노즈에서는 리필 호그스헤드에서 25년을 보낸 부나하벤 특유의 해풍과 견과류, 가벼운 꿀이 먼저 드러난다. 1990년 빈티지의 이 더글라스 레잉 보틀링은 44.2도로 부드러우면서도 짭조름한 미네랄리티가 또렷하다. 팰럿은 몰트 비스킷과 말린 과일, 은은한 소금기로 발전하며 균형이 단단하다. 피니시는 오크와 견과류의 고소함이 길게 이어진다. 비피티드 아일라의 우아한 숙성감이 명확하게 드러나는 한 잔이다.
