오크 캐스크에서 27년을 보낸 긴 숙성이 아일라의 부드러운 증류소 부나하벤의 1987년 빈티지를 깊게 다듬었다. 향은 마른 견과와 꿀, 옅은 바다 소금기가 차례로 올라오고, 입에서는 50.8도가 토피와 호두, 미네랄로 매끄럽게 흐른다. 피트가 거의 없는 부나하벤다운 둥근 질감이 오랜 숙성으로 깊어졌다. 짙은 금빛 잔 속에서 견과와 짭조름한 여운이 길게 남는다.
