잔을 코끝으로 가져가면 부나하벤이 퍼스트필 셰리에서 온 진한 마른 과일 향으로 인사한다. 잔을 흔들면 21년이 빚은 건포도와 호두, 옅은 소금기가 겹겹이 올라온다. 54.8도의 한 모금을 머금으면 셰리의 단맛 위로 다크초콜릿과 가죽이 기름진 질감을 타고 흐른다. 삼킨 뒤에는 무화과와 해풍 같은 미네랄이 입안에 깊게 머문다.
