테이스팅 노트
노즈에서는 건포도와 잘 익은 자두, 짭짤한 바다 내음이 가장 먼저 두드러진다. 부나하벤 1990이 셰리 캐스크에서 보낸 30년으로 아일라답지 않은 부드러움과 깊은 과실이 또렷하게 묻어난다. 팰럿은 오렌지와 다크초콜릿, 가벼운 소금기가 발전하며 58.6도의 높은 도수가 강한 골격을 세운다. 피니시는 마른 향신료와 견과로 길게 끌린다. 오랜 셰리 숙성의 균형이 단단하다.

Is it Christmas already? There's an abundance of fruitcake, but with all the Bunnahabhain elegance reminiscent of legendary bottles like 'Auld Acquaintance' (now, that was a splendid name!). Exquisite notes of blackcurrant buds followed by indeed figs and dates, candied bananas, cooked caramel, toffee, Mars bars as if prepared by a three-star chef, spruce honey, teriyaki beef jerky, and gianduja...
