노즈에서는 1974년 빈티지 부나하벤의 짭조름한 미네랄, 가벼운 들꽃, 마른 시트러스 향이 가장 먼저 두드러진다. 56.6도의 캐스크 스트렝스가 35년 숙성된 비피티드 부나하벤의 정제된 캐릭터를 입체적으로 끌어올린다. 팰럿은 두꺼운 단맛이 토피, 헤이즐넛, 정향의 구조감으로 입을 채우며 균형이 단단하다. 아델피 리미티드답게 단일 캐스크 큐레이션이 또렷이 드러난다. 피니시는 길게 발전하며 짭조름한 미네랄과 묵은 오크의 쌉쌀함이 깊게 머문다.

Honey and ripe fruits are well here but there’s also quite some herbal tea, camomile, whiffs of soot and metal polish, liquorice and finally hints of old sweet Sauternes (right, or other old sweet whites).
