옅은 황금빛이 잔 벽을 타고 천천히 흘러내린다. 아일라의 브룩라디가 1992년부터 호그스헤드에서 보낸 23년은 잘 익은 배와 보리, 은은한 바닐라로 코끝에 풀려나온다. 46도의 비냉각여과 원액은 입안에서 크림 같은 질감으로 번지고 레몬 껍질과 흰 후추가 또렷이 깃들어 있다. 여운은 맥아의 단맛과 미네랄이 길게 이어지며 바다 안개의 청량함을 남긴다.
