테이스팅 노트
잘 익은 호박빛이 잔 안쪽에 잔잔히 잠겨 있다. 2009년 브룩라디가 셰리 블러드 텁에서 6년이라는 짧은 시간을 머문 흔적이 향에 또렷이 깨어난다. 잘 익은 자두와 옅은 가죽, 토스트한 호두, 가벼운 가루 향신료가 차례로 다가온다. 입에서는 55.9도의 두꺼운 알코올이 카라멜과 자두 잼, 미세한 타닌을 풀어 놓는다. 비피티드 브룩라디 특유의 깨끗한 보디감과 셰리의 깊이가 마지막까지 이어진다.
