테이스팅 노트
노즈는 풋사과와 레몬 껍질의 산미로 열리며 비피티드 브룩라디 특유의 깨끗한 보리향이 명확하게 드러난다. 59.4도의 캐스크 스트렝스답게 첫 자극이 또렷하지만 곧 바닐라와 시리얼이 균형을 잡는다. 팰럿에서는 흰꽃과 버터스카치가 발전하고 부르번 캐스크의 영향이 입천장을 부드럽게 덮는다. 피니시는 미네랄과 살구가 길게 이어지며 구조감이 단단하다. 사적 보틀링답게 아일레이 비피트 캐릭터의 분석적 기록이다.
