테이스팅 노트
비피트 아일라 몰트인 브룩라디답게 노즈는 잘 익은 멜론과 바닐라, 옅은 바닷내가 먼저 두드러진다. 버번과 PX 캐스크가 어우러져 팰럿은 보리 단맛 위로 건포도와 꿀, 가벼운 향신료가 균형 있게 발전한다. 15년 숙성과 46도의 도수가 매끄럽고 둥근 질감을 만든다. 비피트 라디 특유의 해안가 미네랄이 은은히 깔리며, 피니시는 시트러스와 토피의 잔향이 부드럽게 이어진다.

this one is a much rougher and rawer version of Bunnahabhain, quite different from earlier distillates. We’re much more on butter, fermenting hay, overripe apples, green tea and lemon balm. It’s not that it isn’t nice whisky, but the others were clearly in a different category as far as I can tell. With water: no luck

once again, this is so much simpler than all the other ones. Grainy, grassy, flinty… It’s not bad of course, it’s just very simple without the ‘explosive temperament’ that the 1970 had. With water: gets cardboardy
