잔을 기울여 흔들면 화이트 와인처럼 옅은 빛이 잔 벽을 산뜻하게 적신다. 코를 가져가면 오트케이크와 루바브 잼, 죽 같은 곡물 향에 옅은 생강과 레몬이 얹힌다. 46도로 한 모금 머금으면 기름지고 묵직한 질감에 호두와 볶은 견과, 녹차와 바닐라가 번진다. 1984년 증류된 브룩라디답게, 삼킨 뒤에는 바닐라와 후추, 구스베리의 상큼함이 남는다.
